Prep week starts from Monday 26th October 2020 – and we officially begin the 4 weeks on Monday 2nd November. Join us for 4 weeks of fabulous food, fitness focus and FEEL GOOD FACTOR! If you're in then I’m going to need your commitment - I need you to exercise a minimum of 5 sessions a week for 4 weeks. I'll be your accountability buddy! The healthy recipes are phenomenal and you get your own ebook 4 Weeks of Healthy Recipes based on your needs which we will discuss and confirm during prep week. We’ll have a weekly catch-up and the private support group is brilliant for motivation and accountability! All my workouts are delivered via Zoom and Facebook for you to do at home.
