Starting on Monday 11th January 2021 – join us for 4 weeks of fabulous food, fitness focus and FEEL GOOD FACTOR! If you’re in then I’m going to need your commitment - you need to be 100% IN EVERY WEEK of the 4 weeks and I will give you 110% in return. The healthy recipes are phenomenal and you get a complete pack based on your preferred eating habits which we discuss during prep week.
We’ll have a weekly catch-up and the private support group is brilliant for motivation and accountability! All workouts are delivered online via Zoom and booked through this website. If you are unable to join the online workouts then I'll talk through with you what activity you can do and how often to get the best results in 4 weeks. Our private Facebook group will provide workout plans that you can perform at home.
