Routines will give variety and options but the focus is on strength training using weights and mini bands and when combined with a nutritional protocol the results are exciting provided you commit! (I’ll encourage you to exercise a minimum of 5 sessions a week)

I'll encourage you to complete 21 days of workouts with me, there will be accountability and a private Facebook group with heaps of coaching, support and motivation.
You'll receive your 21 Days personal journal to read and complete over the 21 Days and I'll encourage you to exercise for a minimum of 5 times a week – you get access to all live and pre-recorded workouts for 21 days. I'm on a mission to ensure you’ll never get bored with your training or get food fatigue again.

We’ll have a weekly catch-up and the private support group is brilliant for motivation and accountability! All live and pre-recorded workouts are delivered online via Zoom or Vimeo and booked through this website. As an added bonus our private Facebook group will also list workout plans that you can perform at home.
