What is the 4 Weeks about
My Shape Up workouts are typically weights based exercise. Routines will give variety and options but the focus is on strength training using weights, barbells, kettlebells and mini bands and when combined with a nutritional protocol the results are exciting provided you commit! (I’ll encourage you to exercise a minimum of 5 sessions a week)
The tried and tested recipes provide more flexibility to fit into busy lifestyles and social lives. The plan is a long term and easily sustainable method of maintaining your results too meaning you don’t just pile the weight back on following the plan.
It’s a flexible way of eating without severe restriction – giving Shape Uppers healthy options in the week and allow for a little wriggle room at the weekend.
For most people, it is at the weekend when they may fall down with their food, so we balance out calories, encourage positive daily habits changes that are sustainable for long term success.
Healthy eating and weight training combined will change the shape of the body, increasing bone density and muscle mass, also improving mental clarity and reducing midsection weight gain. What is coaching?
My coaching is designed to enhance your life not just add value to it. I want you to get clarity as to what you want in life, be it with your fitness goals or your life goals – whatever it is that you need and want the most.
Honesty is one of my core beliefs – I won’t tell you something just because it’s what you want me to say. I will challenge you and ask questions to make you think. I need you to open your mind to the possibility that you can do so much more with what you already have. This is not to make you uncomfortable but unstoppable.
I work differently with everyone – because everyone is different. I don’t follow any coaching school templates as I work with clients that enjoy my particular style of coaching. With each new client, I aim to design a unique coaching programme for you.

How online coaching works
I offer everyone a free 30 minutes consultation.
Our sessions will be conducted over the telephone or via a live Zoom call. I enjoy the face to face albeit virtually that a Zoom call permits but I will respect your choice.
You book your appointment using my online scheduler by clicking on the “coaching’ menu tab at the top of the page. will have selected a date and time that works for you and will be invited to attend the meeting with your preferred method of communicating which you determine when you book your session.
